Refund Policy

Here is what you can and cannot get back, and how to ask.

Verification fees

Verification fees cover the review, not the result. Once we start reviewing your application, the fee is not refunded, even if the business is not verified. If you cancel before we start, we refund you in full.

Reports and corridor briefs

Reports are digital and cannot be refunded once downloaded. If the file is defective — it won't open, is incomplete or is the wrong report — tell us within 14 days and we will send a working copy or refund you.

Memberships

You can cancel a membership at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Payments already made are refunded only where the law requires it. Free trials can be cancelled before they end with no charge.

How to ask

Use the contact form or email us with your account email and what you bought. Approved refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
