How to report an error

Use the contact form and choose "Report an error", or email us. Tell us where the error is (page, report or profile), what is wrong, and any source that shows the correct information. You don't need an account.

How quickly we review it

• We confirm we received your report within 3 business days.
• We aim to finish our review within 10 business days, and tell you if it will take longer.
• Serious issues, such as possible fraud on a verified profile, are looked at first; we may mark the profile as disputed while we check.

How corrections are published

• Research and data: we fix the figure and add a dated correction note on the page or report saying what changed.
• Profiles: we update the details or the verification level, and the badge panel shows the new check date.
• If we decide no correction is needed, we tell you why.
